SHSMathPro ("we", "our", "us") is an educational quiz platform for Senior High School students in Ghana. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

• Full name — to display achievements on the leaderboard.
• Phone number — to secure your account and coordinate rewards.
• School name and class level (SHS 1, SHS 2, SHS 3).
• Quiz activity: questions attempted, scores, streaks, Cedi-Coins.
• Payment confirmations submitted for Premium upgrades.

2. How we use your information

• Provide and personalise the quiz experience.
• Rank students on the national leaderboard.
• Verify Premium payments and distribute prizes.
• Prevent fraud, cheating, and duplicate accounts.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your name and school appear publicly on the leaderboard. Phone numbers are never shown publicly.

4. Data security

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Access is restricted to authorised administrators for account support and prize coordination.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by reaching out to us via our official community channel link provided on the application dashboard.

6. Age Guidelines

SHSMathPro is custom-built for Senior High School students. We encourage younger students to explore the platform with the guidance or awareness of a parent, guardian, or teacher as they practice their math aspects.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
